环介导等温扩增技术(Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification,LAMP)是一种特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便的新型核酸扩增方法,为植物检测提供了便利手段.该技术在真菌、细菌、病毒以及线虫等病原物检测中已得到广泛应用.概述了 LAMP技术的基本原理和发展状况,重点评述了其在植物病原物检测方面的应用,旨在为今后LAMP技术在病原物检测和早期诊断中的研究与应用提供参考依据.
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)is a new nucleic acid amplification method with the advantage of high specificity and sensitivity,convenient operation,offering a favorable technical approach for the rapid detection of plant diseases.This technique has been widely applied to the detection of various pathogens including fungi,bacteria,viruses,and nematodes.This article provides an overview of the basic principles and development status of LAMP technology,and summarizes the LAMP applica-tion in the detection of plant pathogens,offering a reference for future research and application of LAMP technology in pathogen detection and early diagnosis.
