Upper legal source of local public health legislation in China Intrinsic value and future direction:Based on the realistic foundation of our country and the investigation of extraterritorial legislation
Under the background of building a rule of law China in an all-round way,as a livelihood cause,public health should be strongly supported,standardized and guided by local legislation.The superior law source of local public health leg-islation in China has the attribute characteristics of multiple levels and contents,which provides a solid foundation for local public health legislation.The local legislation of public health in China has the legal basis to ensure and promote the imple-mentation,standardization and improvement of the quality and efficiency of local public health work in practice of the nation-al legislation of public health,and to strengthen local public health policies and relevant institutional mechanisms,which must be vigorously strengthened and developed.In the future,at the medium and micro level,China's local public health leg-islation should focus on three aspects:mental health and mental health,the development of modern industrialization of tradi-tional Chinese medicine,and medical and health care for the elderly.
