摘要
2018年,全国教育大会上习近平总书记从国家教育战略的高度肯定了劳动对于人才培育具有独特的价值.新时代大学生必须在坚持马克思关于劳动基本理论的前提下,用发展的马克思主义劳动观武装头脑,以新时代高校劳动教育的重要意义为起点,全面分析新时代高校劳动教育的现状及高校劳动的实现途径,通过劳动技能和生活技能的培养,夯实家庭、学校、社会的协同育人功能和育人效果,旨在全面提高大学生劳动素养,促进大学生的全面发展,培养出更多能担当民族复兴大任的时代新人.
Abstract
In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping highly affirmed the distinctive contribution of labor to talent cultivation in the high ground of national education strategy at the National Education Conference.Under the premise of adhering to the basic theory of Marx on labor,college students in the new era must arm their minds with the developing Marxist view of la-bor,take the importance of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era as a starting point,comprehensively analyze the current situation of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era and the ways of realizing labor in colleges and universities,and through the cultivation of labor skills and life skills,solidify the collaborative nurturing func-tion of the family,the school,and the society and the effect of nurturing,with the aim of Comprehensively improve the la-bor quality of college students,promote the overall development of college students,and cultivate more newcomers who can take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
