相对于研究型高校,应用型高校的硕士研究生培养有自己的特点,需要谋划自身的培养方式.通过科研硬件设施建设、夯实专业基础和应用性研究能力、营造良好学术研究氛围、运用教师学术资源、从事地方性应用型研究、有效解决毕业生就业问题等举措,应用型高校的硕士研究生培养有望走出自身的研究生培养之路.
Abstract
Compared with research universities,applied universities have their own characteristics,disadvantages,and advantages in graduate training,and need to plan their own training methods.Through the construction of scientific research hardware facilities,consolidating the professional foundation and applied research ability,creating a good academic research atmosphere,using the academic resources of teachers,engaging in local applied research,effectively solving the employment problems of graduates and other measures,applied universities are expected to embark on their own path of graduate train-ing.
