A historical examination of the plenipotentiaries of the CPC(1924-1927):A case study of the CPC Henan-Shaanxi provincial Committee
A tight organization is the key element for the Communist Party to exist and have strong power.In the early days of the CPC,on the basis of the Communist International,it sent a group of plenipotentiaries mainly composed of intel-lectuals and cadres to various places,in order to develop the party's organization and expand the party's influence.Trace the practical orientation of the early CPC plenipotentiaries,and we find that it is not only the inheritance of Marxism-Leninism on the theory of proletarian party construction,but also the supplement of the party's internal hierarchical organization sys-tem because of the flexible and covert work.It effectively utilizes the extremely limited human resources,so that the CPC with a serious shortage of cadres can afford to launch the workers and peasants movement and build grassroots organiza-tions.It has achieved the purpose of maintaining internal unity,strengthening the party's strength,expanding the influence of the party and mass organizations,and has become a solid foundation for the forging process of the organization.
