摘要

自主发展是教师发展的根本属性,提升自主性是教师专业发展的关键问题,赋权增能是教师实现自主发展的基本路径.实现教师自主发展,要在以制度保障教师专业自主权的前提下,激发教师的自我导向、自主学习、自我探索和自主反思意识,着力提升教师的职业规划能力、自我调节能力、教育研究能力和反思改进能力.

Abstract

Self-development is the fundamental attribute of teacher development;enhancing autonomy is a key issue for teachers professional development,and empowerment along with capacity building are the basic paths for teachers to achieve self-development.To achieve self-development,it is necessary to ensure teachers'professional autonomy rights through in-stitutional safeguards.Under this premise,we should stimulate teachers'self-direction,self-learning,self-exploration,and self-reflection.Additionally,we need to continuously improve their abilities in career planning,self-regulation,educa-tional research,and skills in reflection and improvement.
