家校社协同推进青少年数字韧性培育:现实挑战与实践路径

青少年数字韧性是基于社会连接所形成的,在遭遇数字风险时恢复适应的能力.韧性形成的连接系统内存在着价值理念的异质性、责任归属的模糊性和阻力屏障的多重性等矛盾.这些矛盾势必给青少年数字韧性培育造成诸多困难.文章基于家校社协同的理念,从完善政府主导的协同保障机制、健全教育部门主导的协同管理体系、建立学校主导的协同供给机制三方面入手,尝试构建一个协同高效的保障体系,以期能为青少年数字韧性的培育提供理论支持.
Youth digital resilience is the ability to recover and adapt when encountering digital risks,and it is built upon social connections.However,within this connection system,there are contradictions such as the heterogeneity of values,ambiguity in responsibility,and multiple barriers to cooperation.These contradictions inevitably present numerous challen-ges to fostering youth digital resilience.Therefore,based on the concept of family,school and society collaboration,this pa-per tries to build a collaborative and efficient security system from three aspects:improving the government-led collabora-tive security mechanism,improving the collaborative management system led by the education department,and establishing the school-led collaborative supply mechanism,in order to provide theoretical support for the cultivation of digital resilience of teenagers.
