摘要
聚变技术综合研究设施(CRAFT)低温系统计划建造 4座氦制冷机,200 W@4.5 K氦制冷机作为其中之一将用于为超导材料性能研究平台提供测试条件.通过对工艺流程的分析,明确了 200 W@4.5 K氦制冷机液化模式的控制流程.基于CODAC进行了氦制冷机控制系统的设计与开发,阐述了具体的网络架构和软件设计,以及液化模式下的压缩机自动控制流程和控制回路的设计与实现.运行结果表明,所设计的自动控制程序能够有效完成压缩机启动过程中的增载和压力控制.
Abstract
The Comprehensive Research Facility for Fusion Technology(CRAFT)cryogenic system plans to build four helium refrigerators and several cryogenic key technology research platforms.200 W@4.5 K helium refrigerator,as one of them,will be built to provide testing conditions for a material performance research platform.Through the analysis of the process flow,it has been clarified the control process of helium refrigeration machine liquefaction mode of 200 W@4.5 K.The 200 W@4.5 K helium refrigerator control system is designed and developed based on CODAC control system.The specific network architecture and software design are provided,as well as the design and implementation of the compressor automatic control process and control loop in liquefaction mode.The operation results indicate that the designed automatic control pro-gram can effectively complete the load increase and pressure control during the compressor start-up process.
