低温氢气透平膨胀机实验系统设计

氢气透平膨胀机是大型氢液化器中核心部件之一,为探究其性能,设计了一套专门针对常温至液氢温区工作的低温氢气透平膨胀机实验系统.系统设计的核心目标是实现氢液化设备中的膨胀制冷流程,并对氢气透平膨胀机的热力性能和机械性能进行测试与分析.热力性能测试内容包括绝热效率、实际制冷量和膨胀比,用来评估氢透平膨胀机的性能.机械性能测试内容包括连续免维护运行时间和启停次数,用来评估氢透平膨胀机的可靠性以及使用寿命.此外,对测试过程中可能出现的误差进行了分析.本实验系统为低温氢气透平膨胀机的性能评估提供测试平台,从而掌握低温氢气透平膨胀机的关键技术参数,并在此基础上优化设计,进一步提高氢气透平膨胀机组以及氢液化流程的性能.
Design of Experimental System for Cryogenic Hydrogen Turbo-expander
The hydrogen turboexpanders are critical component in large-scale hydrogen liquefiers.In order to investi-gate its performance,this study designs an experimental system for testing cryogenic hydrogen turbine expanders operating from ambient to liquid hydrogen temperature ranges.The core objective of this system design is to facilitate the expansion re-frigeration process within hydrogen liquefaction equipment and to analyze both the thermodynamic and mechanical perfor-mance of the hydrogen turboexpander.Thermodynamic performance testing includes adiabatic efficiency,actual refrigera-tion capacity,and expansion ratio,serving to evaluate the turboexpander's efficiency.Mechanical performance testing encom-passes continuous maintenance-free operation time and start-stop frequency,assessing the reliability and lifespan of the hy-drogen turboexpander.Additionally,error analysis during the testing process is conducted.This experimental system serves as a testing platform for evaluating the performance of cryogenic hydrogen turboexpanders,enabling the acquisition of key technical parameters and facilitating optimization to further enhance the performance of both hydrogen turboexpander units and hydrogen liquefaction processes.
