液氢加氢站用液氢泵静态漏热研究

往复式液氢泵是液氢加氢站的重要部件,是实现绿色交通的重要一环.液氢泵内充注着低温液氢,而外壳暴露在环境中,其换热损失不可忽略.以一款国产液氢加氢站用液氢泵为研究对象,通过理论分析的方法分析了液氢泵静态时由于辐射换热和导热导致的漏热量为 34.96 W,约为 0.3 kg/h的液氢蒸发量.建立了三维液氢泵导热模型,验证了导热计算的准确性.提出在结构允许的条件下,增大活塞和气缸的长度、改变泵池支撑的结构能有效降低液氢泵静态漏热.
Static Heat Leakage of Reciprocating Liquid Hydrogen Pump for Liquid Hydrogen Refueling Station
Reciprocating liquid hydrogen pump is an important part of liquid hydrogen refueling station and an impor-tant part of green transportation.The liquid hydrogen pump is filled with low temperature liquid hydrogen,while the shell is exposed to the environment.The heat transfer loss of liquid hydrogen pump cannot be ignored.Taking a liquid hydrogen pump as the research object,this paper analyzed the heat transfer loss caused by radiation heat transfer and thermal conduc-tivity of the liquid hydrogen pump through theoretical analysis,and established a three-dimensional thermal conductivity model of the liquid hydrogen pump to verify the accuracy of thermal conductivity calculation.The heat leakage is 34.96 W,which is about 0.3 kg/h of liquid hydrogen evaporation.The calculation results show that increasing the length of piston and cylinder and changing the structure of the chamber support can effectively reduce the static heat loss of liquid hydrogen pump.
