多星真空热试验可移动冷板热沉设计分析与试验验证

为避免微小卫星产品的多星热平衡热真空试验中多个卫星之间外热流干扰的影响,设计了可移动冷板热沉,主要由冷板、骨架、导轨滑车及液氮管道连接系统等组成.简述了可移动冷板热沉的设计,对冷板热沉进行了热负荷计算和仿真分析.分析结果表明,冷板热沉正反面总热负荷为1 000W/m2时,冷板热沉温度低于100 K.在试验验证中,对冷板热沉施加不同的热流值,冷板热沉温度均满足试验要求,试验结果表明,移动冷板热沉可以作为热沉组件在多星热平衡热真空试验中使用.
Design Analysis and Experimental Verification of Movable Cold Plate Heat Sink for Multi-star Vacuum Thermal Testing
In order to avoid the influence of external heat flow interference between multiple satellites in the multi-satel-lite thermal balance thermal vacuum test of microsatellite products,a movable cold plate heat sink is designed,consisting of a cold plate,skeleton,guide rail pulley,and liquid nitrogen pipeline connection system.The design of a movable cold plate heat sink is described briefly,and thermal load calculation and simulation analysis on the cold plate are carried out.The analy-sis results show that when the thermal load on the front and back surfaces of the cold plate is 1 000 W,the temperature of the cold plate is below 100 K.In the experimental verification,different heat flux values are applied to the cold plate,and the temperature of the cold plate meets the test requirements.The test results indicate that it can be used as a heat sink compo-nent in the multi-star thermal balance test and thermal vacuum test.
