The current global economic governance system is facing practical difficulties such as insufficient institutional functions,unbalanced power structure and lack of dominant ideas.This stems from the fact that the existing system of global economic governance violates the basic meaning of"Global Governance"and needs to be reformed."The Belt and Road Initiative"is an important plan for China's participation in global economic governance.It returns to the theoreti-cal logic of"Global Governance":at the level of governance participants,it advocates inclusive multilateralism;at the level of governance methods,through development-oriented and flexible mechanisms,it enhances linkages between bilateral,regional and multilateral mechanisms to improve the effectiveness of governance;at the level of governance concept,it promotes the view of righteousness and benefit,basing on the principle of wide consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits,as well as a more equal and just distribution in order to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
