摘要
新质生产力是中国的,也是世界的.中国的发展离不开世界,世界的发展也离不开中国.在新一轮科技革命与产业变革大背景下,作为"两个结合"的重大理论创新与中国式现代化的重大决策部署,新质生产力是实现开放包容、合作共赢、共同发展、共同繁荣,推动构建人类命运共同体的必然选择.为更好理解新质生产力的世界意义,更好发挥新质生产力在推动构建人类命运共同体中的深远影响,本刊特约4位专家就"新质生产力与人类命运共同体"进行笔谈,以期推动学界对这一问题的深入探讨.
Abstract
The new quality productive forces belong to China and the world.China can-not develop in isolation,and the world's development is also inseparable from China.Amid a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,new quality productive forces represent a significant theoretical innovation in the"Two Combinations"and a major strategic deployment in the Chinese path to modernization.They are the inevitable for open-ness and inclusiveness,win-win cooperation,common development,and shared prosperity,thereby promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.To better understand the global significance of new quality productive forces and their profound impact on promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,this journal has invited four experts to discuss"The New Quality Productive Forces and a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind,"aiming to stimulate deeper academic exploration of this issue.
