摘要
编者按:高质量发展需要新的生产力理论来指导.在"两个大局"和第四次工业革命大背景下,发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点,也是我国在未来发展和国际竞争中赢得战略主动的重大决策部署.为更好理解新质生产力的战略意义,通过扩大高水平对外开放,为发展新质生产力营造良好国际环境,更好发挥新质生产力在"两个大局"中的战略地位和作用,本刊特约5位专家就"新质生产力与大国战略竞争"进行笔谈,以期推动学界对这一问题的深入探讨.
Abstract
High-quality development requires guidance of novel theories on productive forces.In light of both domestic and international imperatives,as well as the Fourth Industrial Revolution,cultivating new quality productive forces becomes an requirement and a pivotal focus for improving high-quality development.It also represents a significant strategic deploy-ment for China to secure a leading position in future development and global competition.To better understand the strategic significance of new quality productive forces,and build a favor-able international environment to promote high-standard opening up,this journal has invited five experts to discuss"New Quality Productive Forces and Great Power Strategic Competi-tion,"covering both domestic and international contexts,while stimulating further academic exploration on this matter.
