The long-arm jurisdiction of the United States in nature is an abuse of extra-territo-rial jurisdiction.It is essential for the United States to pursue hegemonic diplomacy,as well as seek political and economic interests.The international community has long suffered from it.Since the Biden administration took office,against the background of rising anti-China senti-ment in the Congress and full support for the expansion of long-arm jurisdiction,it has relied on its strength and power to brutally increase the intensity and frequency of long-arm jurisdic-tion concerning China.Also,it strengthens the cooperation of allies,and enhances its support for long-arm jurisdiction.The Biden administration's long-arm jurisdiction on China is a moral and ideological package focusing on destructing China's digital high-tech industries.It has been shaped and advanced both by the fundamental purpose of hegemonic protection and the internal and diplomatic characteristics of the current administration.As a result,China's national security and development rights have been seriously interfered.China should focus on improving its ability to provide relief and protection,improving its legislative and judicial work,and actively strengthening international cooperation of anti long-arm jurisdiction.
