Analysis on the Design and Application Status of Safety Sign of Motor Industrial Vehicle(Forklift Truck)
The safety mark of motor industrial vehicles is a measure to prevent the residual risk in the product safety design.For a long time,since it is actually managed by the manufacturers themselves,there is a lack of pertinent supervision and inspection,besides,it is difficult to achieve the expected purpose.TSG 81-2022"Regulation on Safety Technology for Special Purpose Motor Vehicles in Special Fields"includes safety marks in the inspection content,but some manufacturers'safety of the requirements of the technical specifications are not fully absorbed,not pay attention to the role of safety marks.There are still many problems in the design and application of products.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of safety logo design and application on motor industrial vehicles,the causes of existing problems are summarized,and suggestions for improvement are put forward for reference of safety logo designers.
