Standardization Research on Integration of Patents and Standards
The background,relevant regulations and policy requirements of integration of patents and standards have been introduced in this article.The current situation of standardization of integration of patents and standards has been analyzed from the perspectives of related research,standardization organization,platform construction,pilot demonstration and standard development,etc.The existing problems of integration of patents and standards has been put forward.The standard system of integration of patents and standards has been constructed.It includes some standard subsystems,such as basic general,Innovation mechanism,cultivation of standard essential patents,integration of patents and standards,application of standard essential patents,evaluation and improvement.At last,some suggestions for the standardization of integration of patents and standards has been put forward.
