Exploration and Practice of Management Mode for Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements Based on the Concept of Excellent Performance
This paper introduces the process of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and analyzes the main risks existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Inspection and Testing Organizations.With the goal of preventing and controlling risks and achieving excellent management,this paper explores a management model for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements based on the concept of excellent performance,and practices some of the concepts in combination with the actual situation of inspection and testing organizations.
