By analyzing the difficulties of the scientific and technological achievements commercialization in government-affiliated research institutions,the specific guidance measures and the commercialization case are studied within the Market Supervision and Administration of Fujian Province and its subordinate units.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are discussed on how the institutions should take to make their achievement commercialization efficiently.
