动态法测量汽车转向轮侧滑量的不确定度评定

GB 38900-2020《机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》中规定前轴采用非独立悬架的汽车(包括采用双转向轴的汽车)需进行转向轮横向侧滑量检验.分析影响检验过程的不确定度来源,对各不确定度分量进行计算和合成.根据结果评定,提高了汽车转向轮侧滑量检验结果的可靠性,也为同类检验的结果不确定度分析提供参考.
Evaluation of the Uncertainty in Dynamic Measurement of Sideslip Amount of Steering Wheels
According to GB 38900-2020"Motor Vehicle Safety Technical Inspection Items and Methods",vehicles with dependent suspension on the front axle(including vehicles with dual steering axles)need to be tested for lateral side slip of steering wheels.The sources of uncertainty affecting the inspection process are analyzed and the components of uncertainty are calculated and synthesized.According to the result evaluation,the reliability of the test result of the side slip amount of the steering wheel is improved,and it also provides reference for the uncertainty analysis of the results of similar tests.
