Analysis and Suggestions on the Construction of Expedited Administrative Penalty Procedures for Market Supervision Departments
The law enforcement work of grass-roots market supervision departments faces severe challenges such as high pressure,long case procedures,and low efficiency in handling cases.It is urgent to promote the reform concept of"running at most once"to the field of law enforcement under the existing legal framework and rely on modern information technology to establish a set of expedited case handling procedures,so as to reduce the pressure on grass-roots law enforcement and improve law enforcement effectiveness.This paper tries to make some analysis and discussion on the related problems of constructing the rapid handling procedures to improve the efficiency of law enforcement.
