Comparative Analysis of Matrix Effects of 11 Pesticides and Their Metabolites in 6 Vegetables and Fruits
The matrix effects of 11 pesticides and their metabolites in 6 vegetables and fruits were comparedly analyzed by assessing the differences of matrix standard working curves, positive samples and recovery rates. The results showed that the correlation coefficient(r2)and spiked recovery rates of 11 pesticides and their metabolites such as dichlorvos in 6 vegetable and fruit matrices met the laboratory quality control standards. However, the same pesticide was affected to varying degrees by matrix effects in different matrices.Specifically, the degree of influence of 6 pesticides and their metabolites, such as methamidophos, omethoate, phorate, isocarbophos, methidathion and fenthion in 6 vegetable and fruit matrices was significantly different. In routine testing,it should be avoided to use the same blank matrix for quantitatively analyze other kinds of positive samples.Conversely, the degree of influence of five pesticides, including dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, profenofos, bifenthrin, and fenbuconazole,in 6 vegetable and fruit matrices showed little difference. When using the same blank matrix for quantitatively analyzing other kinds of positive samples, the data deviation is small, and the results are relatively controllable.
