Study of Measurement Methods for High Performance Perovskite Solar Cells
High performance perovskite solar cells have been one of the main research focuses in the photovoltaic industry in recent years. Thanks to their low cost of raw materials, simpler manufacturing process compare to silicon technology, and lower manufacturing energy consumption,it is expected to become an alternative power generation technology in the future. However, the accurate measurement of the key electrical parameters of perovskite solar cells is also one of the challenges in the industry, mainly because the traditional measurement method of current-voltage characteristic curve can not reflect the power generation performance of perovskite solar cells completely and objectively.Additionally,Measurement and evaluation methods for theirs stability is another difficulty. This paper studies and proposes measurement and evaluation methods for high-performance perovskite solar cells.Based on the electrical performance measurement results of three common sizes of perovskite solar cells, the hysteresis effect of perovskite solar cells and the power attenuation under steady state lighting are analyzed, which provides a practical technical reference for the industry to evaluate the electrical performance of high performance perovskite solar cells.
