Constructing an Evaluation Standard and Index System for Characteristic Towns
The construction and development of characteristic towns cannot be achieved without standardized guidance and regulations.Developing scientific and practical evaluation standards,based on the actual situations of characteristic towns,is an effective means to achieve scientific planning,standardized management,accurate evaluation,and effective supervision of characteristic towns in China.This approach improves the overall management and service levels of characteristic towns.This article outlines the selection principles of evaluation indicators,clarifies the design ideas of index systems,analyzes the objects of characteristic town evaluation standards,and constructs an index system framework for characteristic town evaluation standards,consisting of common indicators,characteristic indicators,and risk indicators.This framework also identifies the direction of future research,providing standardized technical support for the high-quality development of characteristic towns.
