Physicochemical Analysis and Recommendations for Addressing Cracks in the Main Steam Valve of a Boiler
During the magnetic particle testing process of a boiler,multiple dense cracks were found.In the main steam valve.This article analyzes the micro formation reasons of cracks through physical and chemical analysis.Drawing from this analysis,the study offers practical and reasonable recommendations for addressing these cracks and preventing future occurrences.
