Thoughts on Traceability in Finished Cosmetics Challenges Caused by Post-processing Supervision and Sampling Test
Supervision and sampling test is an important means of supervision in overseeing the cosmetics market post-launch,but the current traceability system faces challenges to find out the source of unqualified cosmetics due to tracing the broken chain in the post-processing link.The paper is to discuss the practical problems existing in the traceability of finished cosmetics,and suggest that the traceability system should be established from three aspects:perfecting laws and regulations,implementing the main responsibility of enterprises and building the supervision system step by step,so as to maintain a good order in the cosmetics market and ensure the safety of consumers'cosmetics.
