Exploration of the Mechanism and Future Development Ideas for the Opening up of Large-scale Scientific Research Instruments to Society in Fujian Province
Through in-depth investigation activities,we have gained an understanding of the current situation and existing mechanisms of large-scale scientific research instruments opening up to society in Fujian Province.The information collected from the survey indicates that the existing mechanisms have achieved certain results in promoting the opening up of large-scale scientific research instruments to society and improving resource utilization.However,there is still room for improvement in the degree of openness and resource utilization.This article explores the ideas for future work based on existing problems,and proposes further expanding open mechanisms,improve performance evaluation methods and incentive mechanisms,and refining plagiarism detection and evaluation mechanisms to promote the opening of scientific research facilities and instruments to society.
