Uncertainty Evaluation for the Grade Ⅲ Standard Metallic Scale Verification Based on Imaging Measurements
It is currently the commonly utilized calibration methodology that employs the laser interferometer as the main standard,combining with microscope aiming and CCD image acquisition device,to verify the actual length of the grade Ⅲ standard metallic scale.The source of the measurement uncertainty in the actual length of the grade Ⅲ standard metallic scale verified by this method is analyzed from many aspects,and the evaluation results that meet the requirements are obtained.
