基于RGB颜色分析的电梯层门腐蚀程度评价研究

受腐蚀性海洋气候如高盐、高湿、高温的影响,位于沿海地区的电梯设备的零部件和电气元件都会受到不同程度的腐蚀.文中选取电梯层门为研究对象,电梯层门腐蚀面积以及腐蚀产物的颜色是获取层门腐蚀信息的一个重要指标,也是评价电梯层门腐蚀等级的重要数据来源.笔者拟采用RGB颜色分析法描述层门腐蚀产物的颜色特征,通过二值法对腐蚀产物颜色特征进行分割,确定各个腐蚀特征区域的面积,并计算各个腐蚀特征区域的R、G、B平均颜色值.通过将每个腐蚀区域的腐蚀产物颜色值与标准颜色值进行相似度计算,计算每个腐蚀区域的腐蚀等级,得到层门的腐蚀等级,实现材料腐蚀程度的评价.
Research on Evaluation of Corrosion Degree of Elevator Floor Landing Doors Based on RGB Color Analysis
Affected by corrosive marine climates such as high salinity,high humidity,and high temperatures,the components and electrical components of elevator equipment located in coastal areas are subject to varying degrees of corrosion.This article selects elevator landing doors as the research object.The corrosion area of elevator landing doors and the color of corrosion products are important indicators for obtaining corrosion information of landing doors,and are also important data sources for evaluating the corrosion level of elevator landing doors.This article intends to use the RGB color analysis method to describe the color characteristics of gate corrosion products.The binary method is used to segment the color characteristics of corrosion products,determine the area of each corrosion feature area,and calculate the average color values of R,G,and B for each corrosion feature area.By calculating the similarity between the color values of corrosion products in each corrosion area and the standard color values,the corrosion level of each corrosion area is calculated,and ultimately the corrosion level of the layer gate is obtained,achieving the evaluation of material corrosion degree.
