曳引电梯对重反绳轮失效案例分析及对策研究

曳引电梯对重反绳轮是安装在对重架上方的动滑轮,对重连同对重反绳轮等装置共同改善了曳引轮的受力情况,使曳引轮上的力矩减小,达到降低曳引机输出功率的作用.随着近几年因对重反绳轮故障导致电梯事故案例的增多,让电梯行业人员开始对反绳轮予以高度重视,2023版的电梯检规中也明确了非金属材质反绳轮的检查要求.文中结合对重反绳轮工作特点,对其失效案例进行分析,并提出相关建议.
Case Analysis and Countermeasure Study on the Failure of the Counterweight Anti-Rope Sheave in Traction Elevators
The counterweight anti-rope sheave of a traction elevator is a movable pulley installed above the counterweight frame.The counterweight,along with the counterweight anti-rope pulley and other devices,jointly improves the force situation of the traction pulley,reducing the torque on the traction pulley and achieving the effect of reducing the output power of the traction machine.With the increasing number of elevator accidents caused by the failure of counterweight anti-rope pulleys in recent years,the elevator industry has begun to attach great importance to anti-rope pulleys.The 2023 version of the elevator inspection regulations also specifies the inspection requirements for non-metallic anti-rope pulleys.This article combines the working characteristics of the counterweight anti-rope pulley,analyzes its failure cases,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
