Key Parameter Design of Automatic Calibration Instrument for Height Calipers
The height caliper automatic calibration instrument is a modern automated measuring instrument based on camera technology and image processing. In response to the design requirements of the automatic calibration instrument for height calipers, the measurement principle is analyzed and its main parameters are determined. The ball screw assembly is the core component, and mechanical theory is used to theoretically calculate its axial stiffness, standard torque, and axial load at the allowable maximum rotational speed.Furthermore, based on the basic requirements for evaluating the compliance of instrument indication errors, the uncertainty of the designed automatic verification system for height calipers is analyzed and verified. The results show that the key parameter design of the automatic verification system for height calipers is reasonable and can meet the practical application requirements.
