Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Standardization of Marine Big Data
This article introduces the concept of ocean big data and analyzes the current situation of standardization of marine big data from the degrees of standardization organization,policy requirements,platform construction,standard system,standard development and pilot demonstration.There are some difficulties in the aggregation and management of marine big data because of the inconsistency of standards.It is pointed out that there are many missing standards for marine big data.Some countermeasures and suggestions for the standardization of marine big data have been put forward such as improving policy measures and working mechanism for marine big data standardization,carrying out research on marine big data standardization,establishing and improving the standard system,and carrying out pilot demonstrations related to marine big data standardization.
