This paper analyzes the main characteristics of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in inspection and testing institutions,and puts forward the process management of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements under the guidance of relevant policy documents of higher authorities and the practice of the unit;Based on the principle of"Key links can be managed and important information can be traced",the design of information management system function is completed,and adhering to micro-service architecture technology,the implementation of information management system is implemented to promote efficient and standardized management of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in inspection and testing institutions.
