为了使毛细管粘度计的日常检定工作更加准确、科学、高效,文中研制了一种基于机器视觉的毛细管粘度计检定装置,实现了液面自动检测,提高了检测精度和效率.依据日常检定工作的数据处理规则和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,同时对该检定装置的毛细管粘度计的常数测量的不确定度分析研究,进行了详细的分析和评定.
Development of a Capillary Viscometer Calibration Device and Evaluation of Uncertainty in Constant Measurement
In order to make the daily calibration of capillary viscometers more accurate,scientific,and efficient,this paper develops a capillary viscometer calibration device based on machine vision,which realizes automatic liquid level detection and improves detection accuracy and efficiency.According to the data processing rules for daily verification work and JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty",a detailed analysis and evaluation of the uncertainty in the constant measurement of the capillary viscometer for this verification device are conducted.
