Safety Evaluation Method for Bridge Cranes Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
The traditional safety evaluation schemes for bridge cranes have the drawbacks of complexity and strong subjectivity. This article applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process to the evaluation scheme of cranes, decomposes the crane evaluation scheme for qualitative and quantitative analysis, and obtains more accurate evaluation results.Firstly, the elements of the criterion layer and indicator layer of the safety evaluation scheme for bridge cranes are selected from literature, experts, and on-site technical personnel, and an evaluation model for bridge cranes is established. Then, through the judgment matrix of experts, the weights of the criterion layer and indicator layer of the safety evaluation scheme for bridge cranes are calculated. Finally, the evaluation matrix is determined through the evaluation of on-site technical personnel, perform weighted calculations on the entire bridge crane system to obtain intuitive evaluation results. The method is applied to the safety evaluation scheme of a single-girder bridge crane as an example.
