碳达峰和碳中和背景下建立排放管理体系是企业绿色低碳高质量发展的重要路径.基于工业物联网技术的碳排放管理平台为企业碳排放量分析、产品的碳足迹测算提供了技术保障.文中分析工业互联网平台促进碳减排的机理,设计基于工业互联网技术的碳排放管理平台架构,包含数据采集层、数据服务层、数据分析与挖掘层、业务应用层,支撑企业经营管理,同时包含碳能源源头、碳排放过程管理、双碳服务等功能,从政策引导、标准制定、技术创新应用、加强监测与评估等方面提出碳排放管理发展建议.
Research on Carbon Emission Management Leveraging the Industrial Internet Platform
In the context of carbon peaking and neutrality,establishing an emission management system is an important pathway for enterprises to attain green,low-carbon,and high-quality development.The carbon emission management platform,leveraging industrial Internet of Things technology,provides technical support for enterprise carbon emission analysis and product carbon footprint calculation.This study analyzes the mechanism by which the industrial Internet platform promotes carbon emission reduction.It designs a carbon emission management platform architecture based on industrial Internet technology,encompassing a data collection layer,data service layer,data analysis and mining layer,and application layer.This architecture supports enterprise operations and management,incorporating carbon energy sources,carbon emission process management,dual-carbon services and other functions.Additionally,the study propose carbon emission management development suggestions from the aspects of policy guidance,standard formulation,technology innovation and application,and strengthening monitoring and evaluation.
