Study on the Selection of Sample Length for Bundled Combustion Test of Wires and Cables
It is difficult to determine the required length of the sample in the routine supervisory sampling process because the bunched combustion test of wires and cables can reflect their flame retardant performance. However,it is often challenging for samplers to determine the required sample length for the combustion test during routine supervisory sampling. This paper presents a reasonable method,derived through analysis and research,for rapidly determining the sample length,facilitating efficient sample length determination in routine sampling inspections.
