基于半桥谐振型的电动叉车无线充电控制

随着电动叉车在多个行业的广泛应用,探索叉车高效灵活的充电方式尤为重要,无线充电方式成为主要研究热点.文中基于半桥谐振型电感耦合式无线电能传输系统,在不改变其原有电路拓扑的基础上,提出了一种变频功率控制策略,解决无线充电过程中功率控制的难题.为验证所提出的控制策略的准确性,搭建仿真与实验平台,验证并实现了无线充电系统在10 cm范围内0~2.1 kW功率的精准输出调节.
Wireless Charging Control for Electric Forklifts Based on Half-Bridge Resonant Topology
With the widespread application of electric forklifts,exploring efficient and flexible charging methods for them has become particularly important,with wireless emerging as a major research hotspot. This paper presents and analyses the power control for a half bridge resonant inductive coupling power transfer to solve the problem of power control in wireless charging process without changing the topology. The theoretical results are verified experimentally,using a prototype of 0~2.1 kW inductive wireless power transfer system.
