Research on the Social Benefit Evaluation Method of Local Standards Based on Factor Weighting Method
The evaluation of the effectiveness of standard implementation is an important component of standardization work. This article takes the local standard "Rules for Evaluation the Performance of Solid Waste Fuels for boilers" as the research object. From the aspects of evaluation preparation,implementation,data collection,calculation and application of evaluation results,a combination of hierarchical evaluation method and factor weighting method is used to study its social benefit evaluation method,providing methods and process references for the social effect evaluation of local standards.
