Research on the Construction Strategy and Practice of Carbon Emission Management Standard System
This paper comprehensively analyzing the current situation of carbon emission management both domestically and internationally,based on the actual development of China's carbon emission management system,following the principles of building management standards. It designs designs China's carbon emission management standard system from the aspects of basic standards,monitoring standards,emission reduction standards,emission standards,and specific industry standards,analyzing the difficulties in implementing the carbon emission management system,and proposing solutions from the perspectives of policy innovation,strengthening carbon measurement mechanisms,establishing cross departmental collaboration mechanisms,and encouraging carbon emission technology research and development. Looking ahead to the future trend of carbon emission management,it is necessary to strengthen international cooperation and exchanges,jointly address the challenges of global climate change,and promote green and low-carbon development.
