文中运用故障树基本原理,对电梯安全钳误动作进行分析,采集500台电梯安全钳本体、限速器、使用工况、工作环境、维护保养情况以及故障记录等参数作为故障树的特征值,分析安全钳误动作的所有可能原因和原因组合.通过由上向下、严格按层次的故障因果逻辑分析,建立故障树模型,通过故障树的定性及定量分析,得到电梯安全钳误动作的故障问题.最后,根据故障树找到使用单位电梯安全钳存在的问题,并给出解决方案,保障电梯安全运行.
Analysis and Solution of Safety Clamp Misoperation Based on Fault Tree
This thesis aims to apply the basic principles of fault tree to analyze the malfunction of elevator safety pliers. By collecting the operating conditions,working environment,maintenance status,and fault records of 500 elevator safety pliers and speed limiters as characteristic values of the fault tree,analyze all possible causes of the safety pliers malfunction.By analyzing the causal logic of faults and strictly following the hierarchy,a fault tree model is established. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree,the fault problem of elevator safety pliers malfunction is analyzed. Finally,based on the fault tree,identify the problems with the elevator safety pliers of the users and provide solutions to ensure the safe operation of the elevator.
