Discussion on Explicitation of Implicit Knowledge in Cosmetic Onsite Inspections through Knowledge Management
This article analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of knowledge management in on-site inspection of cosmetics,highlights the importance of tacit knowledge in knowledge management,explores the main methods for its externalization,and lists typical cases in the process of externalization for reference by knowledge management institutions and cosmetics inspectors.
