针对船用电子机柜的散热需求,提出了一种双模式标准化冷却装置的解决方案。从理论上对其原理流程、主要零部件选型设计以及标准化结构布局等方面进行详细分析。依据冷却装置的技术条件以及分析结果制作一套冷却装置原理样机。经过测试,原理样机在压缩机制冷模式和直接换热模式的制冷量分别为 46。8 kW和 44。6 kW,最大消耗功率为 14。2 kW,满足原理样机研制技术要求。
Design and Experimental Study of Double-mode Standardized Cooling Device
According to the heat dissipation requirement of an electronic cabinet,a double-mode standardized cooling device is proposed.In this paper,the theoretical process,the selection and design of main components and the layout of standardized structure are analyzed in detail.According to the technical conditions of the cooling device and the analysis results,the prototype of the cooling device is carried out.After testing,the cooling capacity of the principle prototype in the compressor refrigeration mode and the direct heat exchange mode is 46.8 kW and 44.6 kW respectively,and the maximum power consumption is 14.2 kW,meeting the technical requirements for the development of the principle prototype.
