基于制冷剂大流量除霜的空气源热泵系统性能研究

为了解决空气源热泵逆向循环除霜方法除霜时间长的问题,本文提出制冷剂大流量除霜技术,该技术通过增加旁通流路改进制冷剂循环系统的节流部件,增大制冷剂循环流量,实验研究了空气源热泵大流量除霜性能及可靠性.结果表明:与传统除霜系统相比,制冷剂大流量系统的除霜时间最长可以缩短约 1/3,即使在极端环境也能够保证良好的除霜效果;制冷剂大流量系统降低了除霜运行对制热性能的影响,制热量和性能系数分别提高了 14.60%~32.44%和 2%~11.76%.
Research on Performance of Air-source Heat Pump System Based on Large Refrigerant Flow Defrosting
In order to solve the problem of long defrosting time in reverse cycle defrosting method of air-source heat pump,a large refrigerant flow defrosting technology for air-source heat pump is proposed.It improves the throttling components of refrigerant circulation system by adding bypass flow path,which could increase the circulation flow of refrigerant.The defrosting performance and reliability of large flow defrosting system are studied by experiments.The results show that,compared with the traditional defrosting system,the defrosting time of large flow defrosting system can be shortened by about one-third,even in extreme environment,it can guarantee excellent defrosting effect.Thus,the influence of defrosting operation on heating performance can be reduced,and it shows the heating capacity and coefficient of performance are increased by 14.60%-32.44%and 2%-11.76%respectively.
