基于逆布雷顿循环的空气制冷机的优化与性能分析

本文提出将传统空气制冷机的绝热压缩过程改进为多管束空气压缩机进行等温压缩,分析了改进后基于逆布雷顿循环的空气制冷机的压缩过程、制冷循环过程以及性能系数.结果表明:相较于传统的空气制冷机,改进的空气制冷机压缩机出口温度可降低 144.55 K,做功可以减少 52.48 kJ/kg,性能系数(COP)可以提高 0.375.如果考虑回收膨胀功,改进的空气制冷机COP可以达到 1.33.
Optimization and Performance Analysis of Air Cooler Based on Inverse Brayton Cycle
The improvement of adiabatic compression process of a conventional air cooler to isothermal compression is proposed in this paper by employing a multi-tube bundle air compressor.The compression process,the refrigeration cycle process and the refrigeration efficiency of the improved air cooler based on an inverse Brayton cycle are analyzed.The results show that compared with the traditional air cooler,the improved air cooler compressor outlet temperature can be reduced by 144.55 K,the work done can be reduced by 52.48 kJ/kg and the coefficient of performance(COP)can be increased by 0.375.If the recovery of expansion work is considered,the improved air cooler COP can reach 1.33.
