为了实现定速和变频转子式压缩机性能参数的快速、高精度预测,本文基于压缩机容积效率和效率完善度物理含义,研究了不同工况下转子式压缩机效率和制冷剂物性参数规律,建立了一种定速和变频转子式压缩机全运行范围内制冷量Q、功率P、质量流量FM性能参数的半经验计算模型。模型精度验证结果表明,定速半经验模型对制冷量、功率、质量流量的拟合偏差在±1。5%以内;变频半经验模型对制冷量、质量流量的拟合偏差在±3%以内,对功率的拟合偏差在±5%以内,模型拟合精度良好。由于半经验计算模型常系数仅有 3~4个,通过对变频压缩机拟合工况数量分析表明,5 组数据就能够实现对性能参数±6%以内偏差的预测,18 组数据量就能够达到良好的拟合精度,能够大大减少实验工况,提升计算效率。
Research on Semi-empirical Calculation Model for Characteristics of Rotary Compressor
In order to predict the performance parameters of fixed speed and variable frequency rotary compressors quickly and accurately,the efficiency and refrigerant physical parameters of rotary compressors under different working conditions were studied based on the physical meaning of volumetric efficiency and efficiency perfection of compressors.A semi-empirical calculation model of refrigerating capacity Q,power P and mass flow FM of rotary compressors with fixed speed and variable frequency in the whole operating range was established.The results show that the fitting deviations of the constant speed semi-empirical model for cooling capacity,power and mass flow rate are within±1.5%,and the fitting deviations of the variable frequency semi-empirical model for cooling capacity and mass flow rate are within±3%,and the fitting deviation for power is within±5%.Because there are only 3-4 constant coefficients in the semi-empirical calculation model,the analysis of the number of fitting conditions of the inverter compressor shows that 5 groups of data can predict the deviation of the performance parameters within±6%,and 18 groups of data can achieve good fitting accuracy,which can greatly reduce the experimental conditions and improve the calculation efficiency.
