Expression and Roles of Exosomal Circular RNA in Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Exosomes contain intracellular and extracellular proteins, coding and non-coding RNA,DNA and other substances, which are expressed in a variety of malignant tumors, and the excessive production of exosomes is related to the occurrence of malignant tumors.Circular RNA is an important non-coding RNA regulating gene expression, and is closely related to the occur-rence and development of various malignant tumors. This paper reviews the research progress of the biological properties, functions and roles of exosomal circRNAs in squamous cell carcinoma.
