摘要
胃癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,虽然靶向治疗、免疫治疗等新的治疗方式出现使胃癌患者的总体生存率略有改善,但整体疗效仍然有限,需进一步探索新的有效治疗策略.雌激素是一种类固醇激素,主要通过与雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)结合,参与调节多种生理和病理过程.多项研究表明,雌激素受体α(estrogen receptor-alpha,ERα)可参与调节胃癌细胞增殖、侵袭和转移等生物学行为.全文就近年关于ERα在胃癌中的研究成果,对其在胃癌发生、进展、治疗和预后中的作用,及其作为胃癌有效治疗靶点的潜能进行分析.
Abstract
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the world.New treatment modalities such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy may improve the overall survival of gastric cancer patients,but the overall efficacy remains limited.Further exploration of new therapeutic strategies is still needed.Estrogen is a steroid hormone that is involved in regulating various phys-iological and pathological processes by binding to the estrogen receptor(ER).Studies have shown that estrogen receptor-alpha(ERα)is involved in regulating the biological behaviors of gastric cancer cells,such as proliferation,invasion and metastasis.This review summarizes recent re-search advances of ERα in gastric cancer and its role in the development,treatment and progno-sis of gastric cancer,also discusses ERα as a potential therapeutic target for gastric cancer.
