摘要
甲状腺良性结节消融治疗作为一种安全、有效的微创新技术,具有定位精准、创伤小、最大限度保留甲状腺功能等优越性.临床上根据结节的大小、位置、性质不同,可以选择不同的消融术.全文探讨甲状腺良性结节消融的多种治疗方法,并对甲状腺良性结节消融治疗疗效的影响因素进行综述.
Abstract
As a safe and effective micro-innovative technology for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules,ablation of benign thyroid nodules has the advantages of accurate positioning,minimal trauma and maximum retention of thyroid function.In clinical practice,different ablation proce-dures can be chosen based on the size,location and nature of the nodules.This review explores various treatment methods for ablation of benign thyroid nodules and reviews the research progress on the influencing factors of the efficacy of ablation treatment for benign thyroid nodules.
