摘要
神经内分泌肿瘤起源于肽能神经元和神经内分泌细胞,临床上可表现从惰性、低度恶性到显著恶性的一系列高度异质的生物学行为.神经内分泌瘤属于分化良好的肿瘤,恶性程度低于神经内分泌癌.晚期神经内分泌瘤多以药物治疗为主.全文就晚期神经内分泌瘤的药物治疗现状及研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Neuroendocrine neoplasm(NEN)is malignant tumor originated from peptideric neurons and neuroendocrine cells.NEN has significant heterogeneity and clinically manifests a series of biological behaviors from inert,low malignant to prominent malignant.Compared to neuroendocrine carcinoma,neuroendocrine tumor(NET)is a well-differentiated and lower malignancy type of NEN,and drug thera-py is the main treatment for advanced NET.This paper reviews the current status and progress on drug therapy for advanced NET.
